Vernex RMA Policy

In order to expedite parts returned to the factory for repair or credit, please call Mace at (877) 585-6223 to obtain an RMA authorization number.

1. All returns for credit must be done within 14 days from original date of purchase.
2. All returns for credit must returned in as new condition including original packaging all documentation, manual, warranty card, exc.
3. All merchandise returned for credit may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Goods returned for repair or credit should be clearly identified with the assigned RMA number and freight should be prepaid. If you are located within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, ship to the address below:
