Warehouse & Distribution
The 20,000 square foot warehouse is conveniently located 10 minutes west of Ft. Lauderdale Airport (FLL) near I 95. A showroom is available to provide LCD, Plasma and CCTV monitor product demonstrations.
History
Vernex, Inc was established in December 1999 in Miami, Florida. In September 2003, an asset sales agreement between Mace Security Products,Inc and The Shareholders of Vernex,Inc was entered. Mace Security Products, Inc is owned by Mace Security International, Inc. (Nasdaq: MACE) is a public company trading on the Nasdaq National Market System. Headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
